Cancellation/Re-scheduling Policy
Please provide a 48-hour notice to cancel or re-schedule a service. Appointments canceled without proper notice will result in a cancellation charge.
Arrival
We invite you to check in 15 minutes prior to services. We regret to inform you that all late arrivals will result in an abbreviated service.
Spa Use
Spa services are available to guests ages 18 and older. Young adults 5-17 may engage in specific spa treatments when accompanied by an adult.
Medical Conditions
Please inform us of any medical conditions or other special needs that require our attention.
Spa Attire
Undress to your level of comfort. Our therapist is professionally trained in proper draping to ensure modesty and comfort throughout your treatment.
Valuables
We are not responsible for jewelry or items that are left or lost.
