Dr. Craig Smith
After obtaining early admission to Emory University School of Dentistry, Dr. Smith graduated in the summer of 1970 and immediately went into the United States Air Force, stationed at Chanute AFB in Rantoul, Illinois. After completing two years of duty at the Chanute Dental Clinic, he moved back to Atlanta and opened his own private practice on E. Paces Ferry Rd in Buckhead. After 33 years in that location and a newer facility he designed on Roswell Rd, he joined with Coast Dental Services in the Sprayberry location, transforming it into the model office in all of Florida and Georgia. After a few other brief assignments, Dr. Smith is excited to join the group of professionals at Creative Dentistry and Medspa. As a lifetime member of the Georgia Dental Association, Dr. Smith has broad experience in all phases of restorative dentistry, including limited endodontics, and in the last 10+ years, special interest in implant dentistry and natural tooth replacement. Outside of dentistry, he is an accomplished, professional keyboard musician, specifically with regard to the piano and pipe organ and is the senior staff member at St James United Methodist Church on Peachtree Dunwoody Road in Buckhead.
